I love the transformative process of decluttering and organizing spaces. An organized space gives the ability to see and use relevant belongings while eliminating things that don't serve you anymore. I enjoy seeing the relief and excitement in people's faces once the spaces are organized. I am a member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals).  I adhere to their strict code of ethics which includes confidentiality.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHO NEEDS A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER?

Our typical clients are unorganized, but also don't want to spend their weekends cleaning out closets or getting their home in order. We find that most clients are in a life transition; moving, getting married, divorced, having a baby, downsizing or starting to work from home.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

You can expect an honest, educated and insured organizer to come and assess your needs and give you a quote before things get started. Once the organizing begins you can expect us to completely transform your space and leave you with a sustainable solution that you, or anyone in your house, can maintain.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET ORGANIZED?

The duration of a project has many variables including, the size of the project/room, how fast decisions are made, and the amount of time you choose to spend on the project between our organizing sessions.  We work as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you get the most out of each appointment.

HOW LONG IS AN ORGANIZING SESSION AND WHAT IS THE COST??

Upon completion of the initial consultation, clients may book hands-on organizing sessions at a rate of $50 per hour. Sessions are generally booked in 3 hour blocks. Some larger jobs are best done with an assistant at a rate of $25 per hour.

DO I HAVE TO WORK ALONGSIDE MY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER DURING THE SESSION?

In most situations, yes.  For you to learn and experience the organizing process, it is best for you to be part of the process.  In addition, it's helpful to have your feedback and input as we work so that we give you functional and realistic results.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, Check, Paypal and Venmo are accepted.  Credit card options are available through Venmo

DO I HAVE TO BUY ORGANIZING PRODUCTS TO GET ORGANIZED?

No.  We will work with what you currently have and possibly suggest items that would help, but buying products is completely optional.

WILL YOU TAKE MY DONATIONS WITH YOU?

Yes.  We will take small items or bags for donation to a local charity.  You will need to make arrangements for pick up or hauling of furniture and other large items.

WHAT SUPPLIES WILL YOU BRING WITH YOU?

Clear trash bags for donations and basic labels from a home label maker

WHAT SUPPLIES WILL YOU NOT BRING WITH YOU?

Organizing bins/tubs/baskets, cleaning supplies, custom labels.

WHERE CAN I DONATE OR RECYCLE ITEMS I WISH TO DISCARD?

This list includes various charities and non-profits that will accept your gently used or recyclable items.
